Puja Prasadam for international destinations is temporarily not started at the present time. However, you can book puja-rituals online from international locations, which are available to all.
We send Puja Prasad through Courier Partners with online tracking facilities on completion of Puja Darshan – Ritual. Only Dry prasad, Sindur, Tilak/kumkum, Bhasma/Vibhuti, Dhaga etc. are sent in the form of prasad.
Note: For best health and safety reasons only non-perishable items are sent as prasad.
In the case of videography
Videography is generally not permitted inside the sanctum sanctorum of temples, so video footage will be restricted to Sankalp and Havan, where applicable.
It will be our endeavor to provide live webcast of Sankalp and Havan (wherever applicable), if sufficient internet bandwidth is available at the venue of the event/worship, if not, our liability will be limited to providing the recorded video of the said proceedings. (Available only in specific cases where videography is permitted)
Most countries impose import duties and taxes according to their own rules and policies. In case of any additional charges levied for customs clearance, the buyer will have to pay such charges. Website has no control over this and we cannot guess what these individual country import duties and taxes are. Customs policies vary from country to country. The buyer is advised to contact the local customs office of his/her country for any further information.
Order cancellation Refund
Returns will be effective only in case of damaged or defective products that are shipped to the buyer through our website. For a refund for a damaged product, the buyer must return the shipment within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. Return Damaged or Defective Product If caused by error of website.
If any product is found to be damaged in transit, or tampered with in any way, no refund will be acceptable.
In case of damage in transit
We can’t say completely but will assist and cooperate with buyer to get claim reimbursement from shipping company.
In case of cancellation of order
If a buyer wants to cancel an order, he can do so before the product is shipped, but not after the product is shipped.
- No cancellation will be acceptable 48 hours before the Puja/Ritual.
- No cancellation will be acceptable 48 hours prior to shipment of the physical product.
In case of damaged/defective product
If replacement is demanded by the buyer in case of a damaged/defective product, we will replace the item at no extra charge.
